Such a pleasant surprise to meet you, if you feel like exploring this gorgeous forest, by all means, walk with me.
We find ourselves in the district of Gammelbacka, located in Porvoo, Finland.
The history of Gammelbacka dates back to the 16th century, when just an old farm and mansion was located in this area.
A few noble families swapped ownership for centuries until 1964 when the municipality of Porvoo bought the area.
It’s my first time wandering around this gorgeous peaceful forest, the trees are so tall and mysterious.
A nature walk like this really helps to vanquish the stress and anxiety and i’m glad that i can share this place with you.

The time is around 9:30 in the morning, a beautiful sunny autumn day.
A few hours earlier i was able to capture a beautiful sunrise as i walked along the river of Porvoo.
