Today i will take you to the open-air shopping center of Maasmechelen Village.
It is part of the Bicester collection, which houses 11 luxury shopping villages in Europe and China.
All villages are created in the same characteristic style, with stylish buildings and beautifully landscaped streets.
Numerous luxury brands can be found here, e.g. Versace, Armani, BOSS, Calvin Klein…
Maasmechelen Village, as the name suggests, is located in the city of Maasmechelen.
Built on the former coal mining site of “Eisden Coal Mine“, Maasmechelen Village opened in 2001.
Situated in the middle of the beautiful Limburg countryside, near the border triangle where Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany meet.
It is a great destination for a family getaway.
