Welcome (back) to another scene. The time is at 13.00 noon and it’s the last day of the year 2021.
In about 6 hours the city Järvenpää will host fireworks which i managed to record as well. I’ll link the video in the description and top right corner.
JÄRVENPÄÄ FIREWORKS

I decided to visit Kellokoski again, i filmed 2 previous scenes if i remember right, Autumn and early winter.
But this time we are walking over the river.
Unfortunately i didn’t take any Cross-country ski gear with me.

Previous winter and this winter have been really good, consistently cold with a lot of snow.
The worst winter i’ve witnessed in Finland was that of 2 years ago. A total of 6 days snow, if even. I hope and wish to never experience that again, it’s too dark and boring without snow.
Keep in mind, that this was only in the South of Finland, if you drove some 200 km north, there was a lot of snow.

In one of these previous scenes i talk about the history in Kellokoski and the importance of the Ruukki’s cultural environment.
The location of a former iron works settlement, which gave rise to what it is today.
