🎆✨ A WONDERFUL AND HAPPY NEW YEAR ✨ 🎊

In Finland the fireworks are allowed to be used starting at 18.00 in the evening.
Many cities will also host their own fireworks at 19.00.
This year the fireworks in Järvenpää can be admired from a frozen Lake Tuusula.
A perfect location to keep distance due to corona restrictions.
The city announced there will be different kind of fireworks, making it possible to watch even from your own yard.
Extremely high and loud, due to a snowy frozen lake, the fireworks can be admired from a far. (echo blasts)

I decided to get as close as possible, though i probably should have been a bit further away instead…
The quality of the audio does not do justice to how it was in real, unfortunately.
Nevertheless, it’s a super special edition this year! Due to its 70th anniversary for the city of Järvenpää.

The show is themed around Sibelius’ Finlandia.
The fireworks are performed by Suomen Ilotulitus Oy from Tuusula.
